![]() ![]() I asked her who her supervisor was she said she was the only supervisor. She also was confrontational and was void of any customer service skills. The next day I spoke with Julie, who was just as rude and unhelpful, she refused to help me and give me a copy of my contract. That she was offended that I questioned her. She basically told me she really didn't care if I was the customer or not. I called back once again and McKenna was extremely defensive and argumentative. I called back one more time after calling my credit card company because I was actually charged $1100.00! The girl who answered the phone was Lindsey and she was extremely rude! I was put on hold because she was unable to answer my question and did not help me before. She was unable to explain the doubling of the quoted price and denied quoting us the $11.99 price for insurance. When I questioned the charge the only thing she said was, "you signed it, it's in your contract! It's highlighted with a purple circle". I called back that night and spoke to the agent who was extremely rude. ![]() The agent couldn't explain the charges and told me to call the next day. When we returned the car, I was given a bill for $972.05. We were told to sign on a few lines and were given back one paper to pick up the car in the lot. I ordered insurance online for $11.99, the Dollar agent, said it was that price. We arrived were rushed through the registration process. The reservation was for $480.00 including taxes and fees. I made a reservation online through Kayak. ![]() I am writing in regards to an incident I incurred with Dollar Rent A Car at the Salt Lake City airport. ![]()
